1LET God arise, let His enemies be scattered;
let those who hate Him flee before Him.
2 As smoke is blown away,
so drive them away;
as wax melts before the fire,
so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 But let the righteous be glad;
let them rejoice before God;
let them be jubilant with joy!
4 Sing to God, sing praises to His name;
extol Him who rides on the clouds—
His name is the Lord—
and rejoice before Him!
5 A Father to the fatherless, and a defender of widows,
is God in His holy dwelling.

when You marched through the wilderness, Selah
8 the earth shook,
the heavens poured down rain,
at the presence of God, the God of Sinai,
before God, the God of Israel.
9 You sent abundant showers, O God;
You revived Your inheritance when it was weary.
10 Your people settled in it;
You provided for the poor, O God, in Your goodness.
11 The Lord gave the command;
great was the company of those who proclaimed it:
12 “Kings of armies flee, they flee
and she who remains at home divides the spoil.
13While you lie down among the sheepfolds,
the wings of a dove are covered with silver,

where the Lord will dwell forever?
17 The chariots of God are tens of thousands,
and thousands and thousands;
in holiness the Lord is among them as at Sinai.
18 When You ascended on High,

You received gifts from men,
even from the rebellious,
so that the Lord God might dwell there.
19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burdens;
God is our salvation. Selah
20 Our God is the God of salvation;
and to God the Lord belongs escape from death.
21 Surely God will crush the heads of His enemies;
the hairy scalps of those who go on in their trespasses.
22 The Lord said, “I will bring them back from Bashan,
I will bring them back from the depths of the sea,
23 so you may plunge your feet in blood,
and the tongues of your dogs may have their share.”
24 Your solemn procession is in view, O God,
the procession of my God and my King, into the sanctuary.
25 The singers are in front, after them the musicians;
with them are maidens playing tambourines.
26 Bless God in the great congregation;
the Lord, from the fountain of Israel.
27 There is Benjamin, the smallest tribe, leading them,
with the princes of Judah and their throng,
and the princes of Zebulun along with the princes of Naphtali.
28 Summon Your might, O God;
show Your strength, O God, as You have for us before.
29 Because of Your temple at Jerusalem,
kings will bring gifts to You.
30 Rebuke the beast in the reeds,
the herd of bulls among the calves of the peoples,
until they submit with pieces of silver.
Scatter the nations who delight in war.
31 Envoys will come from Egypt;
Cush will submit to God with outstretched hands .
32 Sing to God, O kingdoms of the earth,
sing praises to the Lord, Selah
33 to Him who rides in the heavens, the ancient heavens above;
He thunders forth with His mighty voice.
34 Ascribe power to God;
whose majesty is over Israel;
whose power is in the skies.
35 O God, You are awesome in Your sanctuary;
the God of Israel gives power and strength to His people.
Blessed be God!
