made the arkℝ of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half highℝ. 2 He overlaid it with pure gold inside it and out and made a gold moulding around it. 3 He cast four gold rings for it and fastened them to its four feet, two rings on one side of it and two rings on the other. 4 He made poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. 5 He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry the ark.
6 He made the mercy seatℝ of pure gold, two and a half cubits long, and a cubit and a half wide. 7 He made two cherubim of gold; he made them of hammered work at the two ends of the mercy seat, 8 one cherub at one end and one cherub at the other end. He made them of one piece with the mercy seat, with the cherubim at the two ends. 9 The cherubim had their wings spread upward, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings. They faced one another, and the faces of the cherubim were turned toward the mercy seat.
10 He made the table of acacia wood, two cubits long, a cubic wide, and a cubit and a half high. 11 Then he overlaid it with pure gold, and made a gold moulding around it. 12 He made a rim around it a handbreadth wide, and made a gold moulding on the rim. 13 He cast four gold rings for the table and fastened the rings to the corners of its four legs. 14 The rings were set close to the rim to hold the poles used to carry the table. 15 He made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. 16 And he made the utensils that would be on the table from pure gold; its plates and dishes, pans, bowls, and its pitchers to pour out drink offerings.
17 Then he made the lampstand of pure gold and hammered it out; the base and shaft with its ornamental cups, its buds and its flowers were all of one piece with it. 18 Six branches extended from its sides, three branches of the lampstand from one side, and three branches of the lampstand from the other side. 19 Three cups shaped like almond blossoms with buds and flowers were on one branch, and three cups shaped like almond blossoms with bud and flowers were on the other branch—and the same for all of the six branches extending from the lampstand. 20 On the lampstand shaft itself there were four cups shaped like almond blossoms with buds and flowers. 21 For the six branches extending from the lampstand, there was a cup under the first pair of branches extending from it, a cup under the second pair of branches extending from it, and a third cup under the third pair of branches extending from it. 22 Their buds and their branches were all of one piece with the lampstand—a single hammered piece of pure gold. 23 He also made its seven lamps, its wick trimmers, and its trays out of pure gold. 24 He made the lampstand and all its utensils from a talent of pure gold.
25 He made the altar of incense out of acacia wood. It was square, a cubit long, a cubit wide, and two cubits high. Its horns were one piece with it. 26 He overlaid its top, its sides all around, and its horns with pure gold. Then he made a gold moulding around it. 27 He made two gold rings for it below the moulding on two opposite sides, to hold the poles used to carry it. 28 He made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold.
29 He also made the sacred anointing oil and the pure, fragrance incense, blended as by a perfumer.
